To respect both my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with 24+ hours’ notice may have their deposit transferred to one future appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their appointment adjusted, depending on the remaining appointment time.
